We gladly accept returns if the dress is made according to standard measurements that
provided on the site and if the order does not contain changes or additions.
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Custom Or Personalized Order.
We believe in closely accompanying the journey, starting from the selection process to your happiest wedding day, so we are willing to solve any issue case by case.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in Value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@eliavatine.com. If your return is
accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
